"Was cut on every single one of my cuticles on one hand. Literally the next day one of my nails broke. Asked for matte didn’t get it. After I got my one nail fixed another one broke the day after that. Since then, 2 more have broke. This isn’t a high end salon so you shouldn’t be charging the same prices as other nail salons around here that are actually good and has products that actually make your nails last. You can tell they buy cheap stuff."

"So the pedicure came out GORGEOUS and the exact color demonstrated on the color sheet. The foot bath, lotion, and massage was very nice. The result was pleasing and the staff was nice. The few things that were not ideal: the lack of employees made the wait long, they had me in a massage chair with my gray soaking in water. It took 45 minutes for them to start the rest of the process. They accidentally charged us a bit extra, witch was a bit flustering but for 3 people the grand total came too be 125$ for 2 pedicures and one manicure. One of the people who was with me asked if the manicurist could trim her nails with the process and he did reply “I think your good” witch was a basic service at nail places. The place was nice on the inside, the only thing about the shop itself is it is in the countryside area. This brought pleasure and displeasure, was a bit hard to get to but once we got there the view was pretty."

"I love to go and get my nails done here! It's become a every three week stop and relaxation place for me. My nail tech Pom is awesome! I bring in ideas for the nail art I want and by the time she is done it's perfect and above my expectations!"

"They are unprofessional! I was there to get a nail fixed and a pedicure. I was there 30 minutes before her appointment came in. She started my nails and told me I would have to wait until the other techs finished to get the rest of the services I wanted. It is very unprofessional to stop taking care of one customer for another. I understand the lady had an appointment but if I’m there 30 minutes before her appointment then I’m first. You take care of one customer at a time. My money good just as the next. I’m not from this area but I’m here working. They will never get another dollar out of my pocket."
