"I bought a ceramic wood stove glass from a company online, when it came it turned out to be the wrong size, so I called tri county and while I was in the phone I even offered to pay for the job, they said no charge. Ok, so I went to see if they can cut it to size, they said yes as long as it's not tempered glass, it wasn't tempered glass so I went out to get it cut. He looked at it, made a few insignificant attempts to score the glass, declared it to be tempered and said there's nothing he could do. Not one to easily give up I took my glass, went to Lowe's and got a scoring tool for $12, went home and scored the glass, snapped it off perfectly. Bottom line is I was a little bit disappointed in them, I know it was a little job, but to make such little effort and be somewhat dishonest in their assessment made me feel like they just couldn't be bothered. Not sure I'd go back."
