"If I could give NO STARS I would!!!! Appointment was made for my son, he advised them when he scheduled the appointment that he needed to be seen for pain and discomfort he was having from a tooth that may need filling, had to wait a month for the appointment. Went to the appointment which required him to miss a very important college class, but he felt like it was necessary being as this was the earliest appointment he could get and the discomfort he was having, only for them to do an X-ray, say you need a filling and then the Dr. to say, schedule him to come back because I am too tired to mess with doing the filling today, and it was only 1:00pm. And the next appointment they scheduled for him to return he has to wait an entire month again."

"I had been going to Thakkar for 6+ years. Over the past couple years the atmosphere and quality of care has decreased to the point I’ve moved my dental care to office out of town. The front staff very polite here, but earlier this year when had teeth cleaned hygienist seemed miserable and did poor job. My teeth didn’t feel clean as they had in the past and she got water and paste splatter all over face and shirt. I went back shortly after to have some additional work and ask about a spot on my tooth. I was told that I was brushing to hard and nothing could do about it. I though that was odd.. Fast forward to new dentist 6 months later, it was not due to brushing too hard but missing a small filling from years ago, which the hygienist and dentist immediately identified. In addition to validating that I had right to be concerned that I wasn’t receiving quality cleaning and Thakkars office. I called back to Thakkars office to confirm a specialist Thakkar sent me to a few years ago, so new Dentist could validate. They give me the wrong office and said that was the only they used, when obviously it wasn’t. I was able to track down via Google instead of just pulling from their records. Very disappointed how the quality of care and communication at this office has suffered."

"My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Thakkar for several years and absolutely love her. She is very professional and provides excellent care. In the past dentists have seemed to constantly find issues to get more money but we feel that Dr. Thakkar is not like this at all. She seems very genuine in her diagnosis and has given excellent care to us. Everyone at the office is very nice and very thorough in their explanations."

"I give her 2 stars because her office staff is awesome. I had a full set of dentures made and the bite was wrong. The teeth were not centered. The bottom teeth came out in front of the top. The teeth rocked when I chewed. They were completely wrong. I paid almost $1,000 for teeth that I can't even use. I just wish I could get my money back but can't. I'm just glad another dentist agreed that the set she made was way wrong and I was able to get a new set at a discount price. Dr. Thakkar is nice and she is probably a good dentist but dentures aren't her strong suite."
