"The lady who I believe is the manager, Ms. Daisy, should really think of retiring. I was so happy to have a Family Dollar in our small town, but I'd rather go down the road to Dollar General where I'll at least be greeted with a smile. And also, no matter how many times I've asked, Ms Daisy never bags my items how I like or even double bag havier bags. I put my items in order of how I would like for them to be bagged. Somehow my food items always end up in a bag with dryer sheets or body wash. Her customer care is terrible and makes the company look bad. There are many other in our community who feel the same way. I don't understand. Especially being someone who used to work this profession."
