"I just moved here a few months ago from another state. I have no confidence in the service department after one visit and several phone calls… the integrity of some of the staff is in question in my opinion. My camera was unplugged by a service member as they were driving my jeep into the bay for service and not reconnected. It was recorded. For what reason, I don’t know. I was also told that parts for a recall were ordered in December and I called a few weeks later to check on them and was told they weren’t in yet. I called the other day and was told they were not ordered at all, that they are not available and it must have been a mistake… I had a lengthy conversation when they were ordered… I don’t understand what is going on at this dealership and I have only been there once… I have little to no trust in taking my Jeep back there. Unfortunately, it is the closest dealership."

"Had some work done on my Wrangler, and they were timely and efficient. All work was explained and completed when they said it would be. Warranty work was approved through my provider with no extra charges. I appreciate the service department personnel and their helpful attitude."

I can be difficult to get along with and he stayed right with us. He even help move all the stuff I carried in my old vehicle over to my new one which he didn't have to do.
