"After sales refused to honor their advertised price I left the dealership. I then got a call and they offered to honor the price an hour later. I also received a mailer with a promotonal offer of a gift card with the purchase of a new vehicle. I have yet to see the gift card. I like the vehicle other than the Technology and Apps. are not available, or they don't work when you can finally download."
"Worst dealership experience I have ever had. I drove 8 hours for a very specific truck, they lied on price. When I arrived it was almost $4,000.00 over sticker with accessories I was told I’d have to take. I sat in a room for 45 minutes alone while they “reviewed numbers “. That is when I got up and left with no one noticing. I went to grab lunch and the salesman send me a text asking where I went 40 minutes later. I asked a very simple question. What is trade difference? He texted back of we can talk about those numbers when you get back. Needless to say I drove 8 hours home without going back and I can’t stress enough how much I dislike this dealer. I would only ever consider speaking less harsh if they were to reimburse by 16hr drive, two days, hotel expense & frustration from being lied too. Contemplating filing a report with the BBB."

"Came into town last night for vacation and window crashed down going over a large pothole in the road shared by our hotel and dealership. Being distressed tourists, we decided to take it to this dealership because it was within walking distance. They quoted us $700 to replace the window's regulator. We decided to fix the window when we got home and asked them to prop the window up so it was drivable. They charged us $185 plus 3% to use credit card. $15 of that was shop supplies which covered the 3 pieces of paper tape used to hold the window up. See attached photo of workmanship."
