"I'm losing my love for Kohls. Trying to figure out the price is chore of luck and understanding what the sign is telling you. UP TO 70% OFF... then the nice sign, priced as marked. Rarely will you find 70% off unless it's a SpongeBob returned tee shirt. I simply go to Belk for most of my clothing purchases. Just an honest review."
