Subway

"The cleanest Subway I've seen in Raleigh. My subs were made to perfection. A smile from the workers once in a while would be inviting."

"I have been getting steak sandwiches from Subway for a while, but today I felt like going back to my old staple of the over roasted chicken breast. Woman A started to help me and couldn't figure out what I was talking about with the breast so asked woman B and they said the chicken was now the rotisserie. I was very confused why they didn't have the breast and I kept asking which chicken was the same as the breast and if the rotisserie had any seasoning to make it taste different. Finally I googled and found they discontinued the breast this past October. Woman B was saying it wasn't possible. Woman A finished making my sandwich, but she wasn't paying much attention because I said ok to the rotisserie chicken twice before she put it on. I also asked for mayo twice and didn't see her put it on. So after I paid, I opened my sandwich and no mayo. Woman B called woman A back to help me and woman A disappeared to bring me back mayo packets. They were light mayo, and I said sorry, I'd like regular mayo. So woman B takes my sandwich and puts twice the amount of mayo on that is needed, and woman A walks away saying, "Oh my God". There was lots of speaking between the women in another language as well, so I am sure they were annoyed with me as much as I was frustrated with them. A gentleman did come in during this to work on one of the machines but did not speak up in any way."

"Just left this Subway and was completely disgusted by the lack of customer service. I ordered a Subway Club, had it made and when it rang up at 10.99 in the system, I asked why because the board had 9.99. The lady behind me had just asked the price and she was quoted 9.99 also. When I asked for the correction to be made the manager on duty said no, because it was a 50 cent difference. Lol. What she didn't understand is that poor management on her part was the reason for the inconsistencies and she should have corrected it. Her attitude caused both myself and the family behind me to walk out."

"I’ve been going to the subway location often for years because the staff has always been pleasant and accommodating to making my kids egg sandwiches with cheese on flatbread. My recent last two visits have been frustrating to say the least. The apparent new staff members have refused to be accommodating in making a simple egg and cheese sandwich with full containers of egg on the cold line visible to the customer. I’m not sure I will ever return but I share this in hopes they train and put more of a premium on customer service. These times in the restaurant industry is a struggle so I hope this is a teaching moment."

"Place was nice and clean, staff were friendly, place is easy to get to and get out of considering traffic in the area, not very visible from Wake Forest road"
