"I went here 2 times in 1 week, hoping it was just a "That Day" experience. IT WAS the SAME, extremely bad customer service and the portion control is OUT of Control,I am a BIG fan of Chipotle I order the exact same thing every time. Here the double meat is a regular portion and each server is super quick to argue that you would have to pay more for more, so pay for triple to get double. It is so close to my home, I will drive miles out of my way to avoid going here, it was one of the worst Chipotle experiences 2xs!!!!!"

"Chipotle offers a distinct taste and quality ingredients, which I genuinely appreciate. Their menu provides a nice variety of customizable options, catering to a broad range of palates. However, I've found that the pricing feels a bit on the higher side, especially considering the portion sizes. I often leave wishing my bowl or burrito was a bit more copious, especially given what I pay. The flavors are there, but the value could be improved. It's a decent choice for a meal, but I hope they consider offering more generous portions in the future. Another negative point is that the waiters are not very friendly."

"I spent 12 bucks to get half of my chicken quesadilla empty. My online order was ready when I got there but 3 of the employees just stared at me instead of handing over the bag, until one of them came out and finally did it. The rest were socializing and eating chips out of the containers. Customer service has gone completely down the drain. Please listen to the other reviews when they say not to come here."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst Chipotle I have ever eaten at. Food was stale and meat was overcooked. I made an order thru the app( rice, chicken & lettuce) I picked up my order and went home, this is what I found in my bowl. See picture. I am going back to them to speak to the manager. Shame on them and this place has too many complaints and need to be shut down or new management. Do Not waste your time and money here, Go Eat some where else."
