Pierros Italian Bistro

"Decided to hit up Pierro's for lunch with a friend. As soon as you walk in its a pretty big space with a bar and lots of seats. Wasn't many people in the establishment so decided to sit in corner. Waited a few minutes for my server. She was very polite and made you feel welcomed. We order our food and ate the Garlic knots while we waited. That was some of the hardest garlic knots I have had in a long time. Plus the dough was not cooked all the way. Out food came out and I got the Stromboli and my friend got the Chicken Marsala. My Stromboli was alright but inside was a little cold. My friend's Chicken marsala was not seasoned and pasta was mushy. Food was not the best but the overall experience was. It's worth a try if your in the Fayetteville downtown area. Parking is not the best so be on the look out for that as well."

"Had an Amazing time at Pierros tonight. They were a bit busy and it was loud so we requested to sit outside despite it being in the chillier side. Wait staff was wonderfully accommodating. Our waitress Kaycee was an absolute angel and never missed a beat, even remembered to bring us out garlic knots when we had asked about them while getting seated. I ordered the salmon which had a wonderful mouthfeel and seasoned quite well. My date ordered the ravioli and was not disappointed. Highly recommend to all my friends and family!"

"As a Veteran myself It is hard to believe that this is a Veteran owned business. Based on the way we were treated right at the beginning of our experience from the call to change the time of our reservation to a half hour earlier than expected. Our children explained they were treated rudely over the phone while coming from my wife’s college graduation on Fort Liberty where I served. Upon arrival the same hostess they spoke with over the phone met our party of 4 at the door and was not very professional in her actions and conversation. It seemed to all of us that maybe we should find another location for this special day and dinner for my wife. One of the waiters saw there was an issue and took charge of the situation so we stayed. Our dining experience was made to be enjoyable thanks to him. Our appetizers were delicious. Then the hostess decided to start with the rudeness again. So as we did our best to ignore her and enjoy our dinner service. Our waiter brought out the entrees and they were right accept my daughter’s blackened salmon. It had to get sent back as it was not blackened. One thing I would change is that when an entree gets sent back I would send out an entree completely new instead of sending the side back out and the salmon on the cedar plank only not even on a new plate. Overall the menu choices are good and the food is worth the price point. However it was not a good experience for my entire family and we will not make it our preferred option for Italian cuisine at this time."

"The food is delicious. We came on Sunday at lunch and sat outside. Everything we ordered was amazing. They have a great selection of different things to eat. It is very nice on the inside. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful day to sit outside and watch the people and cars coming by. I would recommend them to everyone. They have great Italian food."

"We enjoyed our meal from start to finish. Service was efficient and friendly. All of the food was enjoyable, with the garlic knots being the best we’ve ever had. So good! The lasagna was very good - not too much ricotta overpowering the taste. The other two pastas seemed to have homemade sauces that weren’t jarred, which is really important to us when dining in Italian restaurants. The crust of the pizza was great and our son appreciated the cheese/sauce ratio. Prices for lunch portions were very fair. We were only in Fayetteville for lunch while passing through on a road trip and wish we could return for those garlic knots!!!"
