"Got a really nice washer/dryer set at a much better price then the stores & no tax was a bonus. Picked it up next day & it works great. We had to get everything but the drain hose which those pieces are very affordable. Last but not least, the staff was amazing. They were good to us & we called ahead before picking it up so they had it ready, hardly any wait. I'll be going back there for sure before buying anywhere else except for the refrigerators, those are way too expensive & nothing different then what's at the other stores. Update: Just received my Caitbrook 5 pc dining room set with the 2 bar stool chairs and 2 backless stools. We ordered it about 3weeks ago from AAFES website. It wasn''t supposed to be here until Dec 20th so that was a beautiful surprise to arrive before the holiday. Just put it together last week, it's such a gorgeous set. It's strong, sturdy & it's going to last a lot of years. Well worth the money & it wasn't expensive. AAFES you came through once again and it's much appreciated. Thank you so much for being there."

"We were there on Saturday afternoon. Three employees behind the counter. We looked around about fifteen minutes and had questions about the mattresses. We had to go to the counter to get someone to help us. We asked if the mattress We were interested in was in stock. After Noone responded, again we had to go up to the counter. We were advised that it wasn't in stock and we could simply order online. They also recommended we have it delivered to our home address because their movers were not very good. The question is, what are the employees there for? They don't help and just advise you to order it yourself online."
