"We are first-time customers and spent over $100 for dinner tonight. I was very disappointed about the way the female owner & manager handled my concerns regarding my food (dish). The female owner and manager had no concern about how my food turned out. I ordered the Veal Parmigiana, and it was like eating cardboard and tasteless. The breading came off, and there was not enough marinara sauce on top of my veal nor the pasta. The presentation of my meal was not on point, and I had better authentic Italian food from other restaurants in Raleigh, NC. The female owner of Saprano Restaurant told the male manager to tell me that was the same batch of veal she served to several other customers earlier. Well, guess what? When I ordered my dish, it was dry as cardboard, and I'm not the other customers you served the veal Parmigiana to earlier. Furthermore, my taste buds are different from the other people you served, so there's no comparison. Food for thought... If you want to keep your customers coming back to your establishment, you might want to be more accommodating to them. You never know who may be visiting your restaurant. I could have been the NC State Inspector checking to see what you do when your food doesn't taste good, and may wanted to see how you handle a situation when your customers have concerns with their food. I'm sorry to tell you ma'am but you have FAILED THE TEST! You must do much better to accommodate your customers."

"Tucked away in a corner spot of a strip mall... but ranks in the top 2 best Italian restaurants I've ever eaten. Definitely better than Olive Garden. True Italian. Lobster bisque is my favorite. Keep up the amazing food !"

"My family and I have really enjoyed our experiences here. In my opinion, an underrated gem! The manager running the front is attentive and funny. We enjoy chatting with him when we come in. The food is absolutely delicious. I'm obsessed with the Spinach & Cheese Ravoili and my husband loves their gnocchi in vodka sauce. We always get dessert too. Definitely recommend!"

"This is the only Italian place I want to eat at when I'm in North Carolina! When I entered the doors I felt at home. The owner and his parents were amazing when it came to service. My family and I went there for my niece's 17th birthday and it was unbelievable. The white sangria was amazing! The food was great portions and cooked from scratch like you were in Italy yourself! I've never been to an Italy restaurant where they checked off everything on my list until I went here. I'll definitely be back with my wife so she can enjoy what I experienced."

"Overall 1.8 / 10 - Usually, I would give a full review of the experience and a breakdown of the food, however this business does not deserve this. DO NOT GO HERE - They add on the gratitude to the line item bill and won’t tell you. It’s just dishonest, sneaky, deceptive, sly, and unethical. Also, the food is reheated and everything tasted very weird. The food alone deserves a 2 star, which makes sense why they are charging gratitude in the bill.. Because no one likes this place. No pokestops as well."
