"First time at this location. Ordered my usual Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak and was very disappointed. The chicken was over chopped so had many tiny bits and pieces of meat that were too small to chew. Had to keep spitting them out like an annoying popcorn kernel. The green peppers were undercooked and crunchier then I prefer. Did not finish eating. It’s a good thing this was my free redemption but still 72 points wasted."

Another thing, the service varies based on who is working, sometimes it’s amazing and your sub looks just like it’s advertised, other times it’s horrible and 75% bread with barely any meat or toppings."
