"Great dining experience! We decided to check out Uzbek food at Karavan at 3 Olives in Raleigh. Delicious, hearty, warming foods. I got the Borscht, Manti, & Honey Cake. I loved the borscht which was different than my Polish inlaws made. More like a stoup. The honey cake was light & full of flavor. They were very short staffed (understandable in today's world) so service was spotty. Food came out randomly, with my Soup followed immediately by the entre. Still, it was worth it. Recommend!"

"We been to Karavan before about a year back and were not impressed then one of our friends came to town to visit us and really wanted to try Karavan. So we decided to give it another chance and we are so glad we did. WOW!!! What a great place to be. Uzbekistan menu was AMAZING. Thank you for putting pictures on the menu. They really help to choose what we wanted to eat. Food was brought fast and was SOOOOO GOOD. Our waitress Kelly was AMAZING. She brought everything super fast, answered all the questions we had, was super sweet and gave us a great spot to sit to enjoy our food. Great customer service is sooooo hard to find this days. Kelly please keep up the AMAZING WORK. Please give this girl a raise. She was beyond AMAZING. We will definitely be back. We had such great time and loved EVERYTHING!!!Thank you so much to the owners for such an AMAZING waitress, DELICIOUS food, BEAUTIFUL food display & BEAUTIFUL restaurant."

"Came to try a cuisine I haven't had before, but if you aren't into trying Uzbek cuisine, they have a huge Italian menu that looked good. Interior is so cute, welcoming, and clean. They really have a lot of pride in their restaurant and it shows. Tried the Somsa, Eggplant and Khachapuri. Everything was awesome and it was too much for one person of course, but I wanted to try it. I hope more people discover this place because it is tucked into a worn strip mall."

"Karavan was so delicious. We ordered the Khachapuri, the Langman soup, the Manti, and the Lula Kebob. Our favorites were the Khachapuri, a delicious cheese bread with egg, and the Manti, which were some of the largest dumplings I’ve ever seen. After trying both fried and steamed Manti, I recommend the fried option… so good! Prices were reasonable for the large portion sizes. Our waitress was very kind, nice music, and a clean/pretty place! Such a wonderful restaurant :)"
