"Don't go here if you are a woman. I asked to get a tire plugged and after an 1hr of sitting they tried to sell me 4 tires. The tires are just over a year old. They did a nice job patching it but I wouldn't return."

"Very unprofessional!! This is what they did to the rim of my CX-5 that isn't even a year and a half old! The worst part is that they parked my car where they knew I wouldn't notice the damage and said NOTHING to me about it! It wasn't until I was coming out of the grocery store the next weekend that I saw what they did. HORRIBLE!! They should be ashamed of themselves!!"

"Booked an appointment for 10am, however the technician doing state inspections was unavailable. Mr. Donovan made a call to get me in at a different location. I got there and was attended to promptly. We ran into each other (same morning) at this same location and he recognized me. Certainly appreciate him going above and beyond to still meet my needs!"

"This was by far the worst, depressing, and disappointing PepBoys experience I have ever witnessed in my life. If you want to go to a PepBoys I recommend the updated shops on Western blvd or the one all the way down Capital blvd. They are not only Professional, Clean, Organized, Will get you in and out, wiling to work with you, and they also take accountability for their wrongdoings unlike said shop. This specific location broke 5 lug nuts off my vehicle and failed to replace the ones that they broke. I went in to get my brake pads and rotors fixed and specifically told him just the front rotors and brake pads as I had already had a previous inspection at the PepBoys on Western Blvd! As this individual was adamant about me needing another “inspection”. I previously got an oil change and filter replacement the Week before and they sent a work order of nearly $400 claiming I needed another one! I came out having to fix 20 lug nuts and other unnecessary issues. He (Joel (the most irresponsible manager ever) or mechanic was working on my vehicle) failed to let me know that there was an issue after breaking 1 lug nut….as I could have took the necessary steps to go elsewhere to get them fixed. But instead took it upon themselves to continue removing the lug nuts knowingly there could potentially be an issue. They lack accountability, failed to be transparent, send issues through caradvice that have previously been fixed at other Pepboys locations (trying to steal individuals money) put my front tires on completely wrong, downright unprofessional, and disorganized. If I could give 0 stars trust and believe I would. If you have a brand new car or just recently purchased a car PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not go here! Your car will have all types of lights going off on your dash when you leave! Take your car and money elsewhere, I am warning you!"
