"Hong Kong Restaurant has been saved on my list for a while, but it was honestly pretty disappointing. The General Tso’s chicken was so bad we couldn’t finish it (I had to spit out a few pieces that were too tough to chew). The fried pork dumplings were okay, but only average. Glad I finally tried it but won’t be returning."

"This is my favorite (and only) Chinese take out place I go to in the greater Durham area. Instead of reviewing dishes, I will just note Compared to many Take out places, the food here is noticeably fresher. Veggies are crisper, and chicken and beef are tender. Their chili oil is extremely hot. Also, Great steamed rice and egg rolls. Also I think the overall quality has improved since Covid, which is pretty rare."

"This Chinese food was delicious! It tastes better than your average Chinese take out. The stir fry vegetables tasted fresh and full of flavor and it was a good quality selection of quality vegetables- not the cheap blend you get at some Chinese take outs. I got shrimp with mixed vegetables and a spring roll. Good stuff. I recommend. Tip: don’t go during busy times like Friday night. They get really busy and you can wait up to almost an hour for your food. Go on off times or before the rush."
