"Customer service here is terrible. I bought a body suit and specifically asked if I can return it if it doesn’t work due to obvious reasons and the employee at the time said yes, that I can return anything within 14 days for full credit and then after that it would be store credit. Due to this, I bought the top but sadly it did not fit how I would like so when I went back to return it, I guess the owner was working and would not let me return it or get store credit although her employee that I am sure she trained gave me the wrong information which is very well false advertisement. I did not have a receipt to refer to prior to buying the body suit therefore I was not aware of the written return policy when I purchased the item. CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT. I was an assistant manager at a big popular boutique and we would never ever turn a customer away if one of our employees provided them with wrong info. It’s giving greedy and I would never shop there again or recommend it to anyone. Horrible horrible customer service."
