"Earlier today I had an errand to do at Harris Teeter at Strickland and Leesville Roads. The woman who took my order told me the coffee options. The coffee was in kind of a thermos. Unfortunately, the coffee was barely warm. By the time I paid for the coffee, a slice of pumpkin bread and returned to my car the coffee was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. Certainly did not get my money's worth - $7. The woman who waited on me definitely needs more training."

"This is for the Starbucks not for Harris Teeter. The lady in the morning with the green bandana around her face is rude. I only come in a couple times throughout the week but every single time I go in there she’s disrespectful. If she’s not a morning person she needs to find a better job."

"I ordered one simple item, the manager left her post with two new employees standing there not knowing what to do. Then the Manager had a very ugly attitude when she returned. As a frequent starbucks costumer, I was very disappointed with the costumer service I received."
