"This place is only helpful when you are placing an order. I had to wait a few weeks before I could install due to a surgery but.. when unboxing the parts... it was missing hardware and they said I was responsible to replace them since i didn't let them know sooner!!"

"The only thing they offer that is “okay” is the Upper Control Arms. The lifts are low quality and do not hold up well. And they have poor descriptions of the lifts and 0 instructions. And the customer service is useless. The company has 0 efforts to make thing right with customers. You’re better off with rough country for affordable lifts. Or just spend a little more to get better quality brands. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!"

"I received my package today and discovered that my order was not complete being the rear shocks were not in the box so I called the company and told them my problem and they informed me that the kit I ordered did not come with rear shocks and that they don’t even carry the rear shocks for my body style but the package clearly states that a set of rear shock are included in the package. I expressed my disappointment because I had found the same kit on eBay for cheaper but it didn’t falsely advertise the promise of rear shocks like the kit I ordered straight from the official company website. They said they were sorry about the miscommunication but if I would have looked at the picture it didn’t show rear shocks but the description was wrong. They didn’t offer to make it right. I will not be giving them my business again. Word of the wise if you decide to give them your business call and check before ordering and shop around because you may can find the same kit elsewhere without having to have pay the msrp."
