Bruegger's Bagels 626 9th Street, Durham, NC 27705

"No inside dining or restrooms. It was closed. Coffee selection is basic. Several of us had different bagels. Definitely not new york style. Good bagels but not the way my home city does them. Service was ok. It was a busy location but had to repeat the order multiple times to girl helping us. Parking in this area is ridiculous. Spots are hard to find and very busy at times. Down side is people can't eat in restaurant so they eat in their cars and stay in their parking spots longer. This location just didn't do it for us for those reasons."

"They did it again! Amazing customer service and breakfast. Thank you 9th Street, Bruegger's Bagel for going the extra mile. If you come here, be ready to wait a little while. The line is usually long because the service and bagels are top notch. I will definitely come again. (FYI there is still no inside seating) Better bacon cheddar with extra sausage on everything is my go-to."

"I was a regular at this location for a couple years when I lived nearby. Most of the people who work there are kind, the place is clean, and the food is made well. I usually order one of the menu options but ask them to hold the bacon since I prefer not to eat meat. Most of the staff have little issue with this and one woman would usually remember me and my order and was very kind to me. However on my last visit, I ordered the same thing and the employee who made my food was mimicking me and making fun of my order to her coworker while I was standing right there. Apart from this I would recommend this location."

"My first meal in North Carolina and it did not disappoint. I asked the man for recommendations as I don't eat bagels very regularly and got a very nice onion bagel with lox cream cheese onion and capers. It was delicious. Service was quick, perhaps because I got there early morning. Note: no seating inside which was a little disorientating because there is space for it. Other than that though very good service and food would come again!"
