"Customer service was great. I had to wait 30 min for coffee. I asked if I could be given 2 McDoubles for free with extra onions. Elba said it would be 4.15, I told her I should get it complimentary since I had to wait. Elba who is the manager surely wasn’t having it. She wouldn’t compensate me by giving me anything for free. I finally received my coffee 33 minutes later. Reneee was extremely sweet and great customer service :)"

"This is one of the most improved business in Durham. The redesign of the interior is remarkable. It is now spacious and bright. The staff inside are very friendly and responsive to those of us who prefer to place an order with a person. The food was warm, delivered quickly and the kids ate it like wild animals. If they've cornered you into a trip to clown town, this is a fine one."
