Fumée Kitchen & Cocktails

"This was my first and last time visiting this establishment. The ambiance is nice. The staff is horrible. The server never refilled the water pitcher. The sever came to our table and asked if we had received our food when clearly there was no food present on the table. The chicken wings had visible hairs on them which tells me they weren’t properly cleaned. I played over them and didn’t eat all of them. The truffle fries are so thin and hard. I had one drink in addition to 6 wings and truffle fries and my bill was $56.82. I was asked if I wanted to add a flavor to my lemon drop; however, wasn’t informed of the $2.00 charge that came with it. It took forever for me to receive my fries after waiting a while for my wings. Then, there were two of us and gratuity was already added to my bill. The server and service was slack and didn’t deserve a tip at all. The server rushed us to pay and then brought our cards back to the table and stated that our 90 minutes was up and that someone may be coming to our table shortly to remind us that our 90 minute time slot was up and ask us to leave. Lo and behold someone else came over and asked us to leave. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and I find out frequently. Needless to say, I won’t be returning."

"I wanted to try this spot out and soo glad I did. My best friend had been here before and said it was good. We opted to sit at the bar and we were immediately serviced by Will. He was AMAZING!!! Very pleasant, inviting and funny! He was knowledgeable of the menu, spoke well of food options, drink items and offered suggestions. The food was prepared quickly. My friends steak was cold but both Will and the cook apologized and returned with hot plate. The ambiance and music is very nice!!! I cant wait to come back to spend more time and sit on the patio when its warm. Definitely an upscale vibe! Highly recommend! Thanks again for making my first visit memorable!!"

"I was excited to go to this restaurant, as it was on my list of restaurants I wanted to visit. This place is definitely eye catching & it has a relaxing, sophisticated ambiance. They have a limited amount of menu options & food & drinks are a little pricey for the portions they serve. The guy who served our 1st drinks was new & couldn’t identify them by name. They have a DJ on the premises & they do check ids upon entering. Beautiful date night spot for a few drinks."

"We went to brunch for my daughters 21st birthday. The presentation was very good. The atmosphere was really nice with the DJ. The tables for big parties were kinda close but were nice. Our waitress Mariah was understanding and patient. We had a good time for a midday party. I really liked the vibe of this place. I had the Brunch Chicken Sandwich and it was a little too breaded and crunchy but the core chicken tasted good. My wife had the Brunch Bowl and said it was good. They did not have any soda beverages for some reason but did have orange and cranberry juice and filtered water which was good. I was impressed with how people were continually coming in and enjoying themselves. Make a reservation if you want a guaranteed seat. It was hard to find at first because it is up a hill and the GPS says you have arrived at the bottom of the hill parking lot. if you park on the bottom you have to climb 40-50 stairs to get to the front door."

"Best small plate restaurant I've visited. My friends and I literally tried everything on the menu and nothing disappointed. Mac and cheese is my favorite and theirs ranked very high on my yummy meter. Our waitress was helpful and let us stay at our table until her next reservation came. The dim lighting and table lighting was really cute. And the DJ played all the R&B hits. They have an outside eating area."
