"I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery and they sent me the wrong order. They refunded me but made an additional charge on my card. The local manager was no help. Their customer service was also not helpful in addressing this additional charge. I had to close my credit card. Just not a good business in general. I would recommend Brenz pizza in Chapel Hill."

"I haven't ordered here in a while, and usually no problems. But this time, I feel rather skimped on topping. And the Drive Up, Pick Up option was a joke. I waited for several minutes and finally walked in to get it. Seemed to be only 2 people working, and one training the other. I know everywhere is struggling a bit and doing what they can, but if customers are willing to wait a little extra time, give them a GOOD QUALITY pizza."

"They consistently serve pizza which is unacceptable. It's a common occurrence for them to have burnt or forgotten ingredients. I understand that quality control does miss things like that and that's okay, but a screw-up for every order? What really gets me is when I order the "hand-tossed" pizza and it's thinner and drier than the box it's in, just look at it. It makes Little Caesar's look like it's gourmet. This is not the first time this happened but it's the last. I don't know what's worse, their quality or the fact I kept ordering and expecting a normal Papa John's pizza."
