"Today, 2/10/24 , I went to purchase four subs AFTER 10 AM. The door wea locked, one male was standing in from of the counter and another person was behind the counter. I tried to open the door and finally called the store and was told " The store isn't opened, I'm still baking BREAD." if your hours of operations fluctuate daily, please post that and advise customers to call before coming because we are baking bread or just beginning to prepare for our day after our posted opening time is 9 AM."
"Absolutely disgusting condition of the shop, residue all over the glass and countertops. 1 guy behind counter with 3 or so people in line and he wouldn't even say a single word to anyone in the store. No, sorry be with you folks in a minute we are having issues or anything. Just stone silence and the packaging that the ham comes in is sitting out on the counter with the ham still in it not temp control at all and was like that for who knows how long at least the 30 minutes I sat in the lobby waiting."
"Pay special attention to this place I just got there and the experience was terrible the staff (a boy) was in the clouds, he left us waiting while he was going to eat something and arrived chewing (he had to listen to the inner voice that told me to run) the boy does not know that he carries each sandwich I had to tell him how it is made and there were no ingredients in addition the vegetables were in decomposition the avocado was black ... the disgusting place they really have to attend to it or close it 11/11/2023 4:00 pm"
"We have eaten here before and it’s been great but this time really disappointed me. The cookies were raw and the bread undercooked also raw as well. The salt and pepper were dumped on without care and my partners sub is swimming in mayonnaise. Everything tossed together in a messy way. This is my last time at this subway. Gross!!"
