"Worse chicken I ever had from KFC. Chicken was burnt, flavorless, and dried out. My dog had a whole bucket of chicken. It was the worse. Really disappointed"
"2nd time in 2 weeks trying to get food here......last time I ordered 4 wings & got 2 legs & 2 thighs (still waiting I'm my refund) today I waited on the drive-thru line, placed my order, waited 10 more minutes only for them to offer me grilled wings cause they were out of regular. This was said with a lot of attitude & no apology. This is why KFC is being run out of business by Bojangles & Popeyes. The service sucks, the employees don't care & you can't buy the chicken they're supposed to have. I guess another call to corporate is in order. Somebody needs to get them together cause those attitudes?"
"They always out of something every single time u go to this location to be brand new . Stop by on Christmas Eve and they was out of crispy chicken knowing that the original is yuck . These corporations are horrible with service to the customers . Bring the hot and spicy chicken to Charlotte as it is in Vicksburg Mississippi. Anywho please improve your customer service and food service before February 15th my birthday"
"The worker’s attitudes are DISGUSTING! Not to mention they have people that look like literal crackheads working around the food.. crazy right? You order the food you want just to get whatever they feel like putting in the box.. it’s honestly ridiculous and they might as well just tear it back down."
