"Placed an online order for a dozen donuts and a breakfast sandwich. Was given a specific pickup time 40 minutes out, which was no problem. Except I go to pick it up 5 minutes before the pickup time and find that it’s been sitting there for nearly 25 minutes already. The breakfast sandwich was hard and cold, the donuts already cooled. It’s disappointing that I didn’t get an “order is ready” text/email (I signed up on their website first) so that my food didn’t have to sit there and go cold. This was my first time at Duck Donuts after hearing a ton of hype, but I won’t be coming back."

"Had a Duck Donut for the first time today. I got a strawberry glaze and a bacon in the sun. They are made fresh when you order and they a moist and flavorful. The bacon in the sun was my favorite. It was a perfect balance of sweet and savory. Would recommend if you like sweet and savory combinations."
