"I believe management has changed. It used to be a big black guy named Maurice, and he was welcoming and made your experience great, not its a white guy who doesn't seem to care about any of that. The food is bland, the atmosphere is bland and I've changed golden corrals. A once staple after my kids' sports event on Saturdays has changed. Hopefully, they change mgt again and focus on the customer experience more."
"Let me start by saying Golden Corral hasn't changed in the 15+ years I can remember going. That being said this location is spectacular. The grill cook(steak) knew what he was doing and made a perfect medium rare even though everyone else wanted medium well. I went at dinner time and there was a line for the steak and everyone got mad when he gave me my steak first when they had all been waiting, i guess they didn't know that medium rare will turn into well done if it sits. The fried chicken also reminds me of KFC back in the day if you can believe that! The sweet potato casserole is amazing, and the ice cream is A1 as well. I do miss the cotton candy tho."
"We came here tonight. The food is as expected but the reason for this review is for our waitress Mrs. Pat. Normally the customer service isnt the best and we have come to expect that. But tonight we were blown away by this lady. We were thoroughly engaged with conversation. She was dancing and making my daughter laugh. We normally refill our own drinks but not tonight. She had us covered. Thanks girl!! You were amazing!!!"
