Saru by Bow Ramen

"Great bowl of ramen. My pork belly was cooked perfectly. The noodles were fresh and the tonkotsu broth was delicious. The spice was perfect. I wish I had a photo."

"Getting soup to go is a challenge but SARU does a great job, separating the broth in one container and the ramen with addins in the second container. I brought it back to the office, took my photo, and poured them together. On a cold day, what's better than soup? Delicious! I had chosen the spicy broth and it came with the usual fixings in the bowl - bamboo, scallions, roast pork and noodles with spicy chili sauce. Overall, quite good. The noodles were a bit too firm and the pork slices were too thick. But still quite tasty."

"Hands down my favorite place to get ramen! The flavor is honestly unmatched. It is an explosion in your mouth like no other. I crave this ramen in my dreams. I love to get the spicy miso ramen. It's not too spicy but just enough spice to kiss your tongue and add that extra layer of flavor. 100/10."

"OMG!!!!The food here is simply out of this world!!! How could such big complex flavors come from such a little restaurant? I don't know but its utter magic I tell you. The staff was professional and courteous . If stick to your ribs comfort food is what you're looking for, this is the place! The only thing that would make it better would be more non-alcoholic and non-carbonated beverage options."

"Delicious ramen! I had the shirozaru (#1 on the menu) and it was sooooo good. I ordered to go and they pack the noodles and toppings separately from the broth so it doesn’t get soggy but stays warm from the heat of the broth. I think this ramen is better than Futobuta."
