"Edit: came to give it another chance this Friday night and alerted to cash only accpetance AFTER standing in line. I'm done with chipotle, the experience is too unpredictable and typically bad. There's a taco truck up the street I pass daily that I'll be trying out tonight. Restroom is filthy. Previous review: Your burrito will be small if you order online. You'll pay the usual price though, of course. Staff was friendly."

"They’re set up to fail by poor management. They say they’re out of stuff when they’re not. They told everyone in line they were out to guac but I watched the other assembly line for the online orders scooping out tons of fresh guac. I asked if they could get it from the other side for me and they said “no we don’t have guac” but their eyes told me “I’m sorry this is a dumb rule and I don’t want to have to lie to you but this is my job”. The burrito maker asked the boss man if he could go get it from the the other line (6 steps away) but he responded “we don’t have guac”. So I got my food, made an online order for chips and guac, and got the guac. The customers in the store don’t matter at all. It’s all based on some asinine management protocol that prohibits actually serving the customers the food. I got my guac, but it took 10 minutes. It’s all poor management, lack of preparation, and no trust for their employees to make decisions on the fly. Poor customer service. Photos to show the guac that they “do not have”."

"Always friendly kitchen staff. Quick and easy in and out. The taste and smells in there make you want to order another plate to bring home to keep the yummy smells going through my house. :) Bonus, tastes good too."

"This was first time i ever finished a whole veggies bowl, i had asked the guy to make it spicy and it was excellent, that hot salsa was mind blowing. With that cold gauc and sour crem, with hot sauteed veggies and brown rice.... nd pico de gayo... it was just amazing"

"Came in for a steak bowl and they had no steak. My issue though is the environment. No clean tables. Dirty floors. Trash cans are full, ceiling vents full of dirt and grime, empty juice machines, and this is just the dining area. over the counter was the same. The place is filthy. I have a Suggestion. Get the 2 employees in the back that are on their phone to clean the place up!!!"
