"This is the old Brodericks Barbecue location and they have did an incredible job renovating! The turkey wings were really good, moist with a lot of flavor, loved the sweet chili sauce and hot honey on top. I was not a fan of the greens, they tasted like can instead of fresh and the yams were mediocre. The Mac and cheese was decent. The service was great, but we were the only people sitting in to dine. Would definitely go back for the wings."

"This was a hard review to do, the owner has several successful businesses in Charlotte, but this was awful. Our food was terrible, the Mac & cheese was old /cold and so was the greens. The turkey wings they gave me were apparently the bottom of an empty pan. We ordered the deviled eggs and they ran out of shrimp what they served me I was like wow for3- $14? No one at the bar. It was not a good experience all around. They are new so hopefully things turn around."

"What can I say! The place is amazing! The atmosphere is cute and quaint. The drinks were strong and reasonably priced but the main event was that Soul Leg! The collard greens , stuffing and mac and cheese were all good and seasoned to perfection. The turkey leg was sliding off the bones it was sooo good! My daughter had the Salmon and grits which she thoroughly enjoyed. The salmon was seasoned well was a little spicy but not over powering. The service was great LaKoya greeted us with a smile and made sure to check on us while we dined in. OH and i can't forget about the pound cake!!! Thats somebodies grandma making it for sure! So good we've been back twice since our first visit! So if you haven't tried Jive Turkey Hut go on and hit them up. They are new so there will be a line/wait so give them a little grace I promise the food will be worth it!"

"Ordered here from DoorDash, Turkey Burger with cooked onions and fries. It looked really good, however, both the fries and burger was VERY VERY SALTY, it tasted as if an entire box of seasoning or salt covered the food. The burger was also spicy, a burger should not be spicy. Too salty and I couldn't eat it."
