"DO NOT BY ANY MEANS PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY FOR THIS LOCATION. I placed an online order for 2 bags of ice melt. The total was $14 w/ tax online but they charged me almost $16. I didn’t complain, I figured it was a hidden convenience fee. They boasted on their website about having a 30 min pick up time but that was a LIE. Over 2 hours past and no email, text, or nothing to confirm my order was ready for pick up. I called them several times and no answer. You’d probably have a better time trying to get in touch with the President then getting in touch with anyone here. I should’ve read the reviews before making a purchase here. Worst of all they’re closed on Sunday so I wouldn’t be able to get my order (that is, if they even bother to acknowledge it) until Monday. If you do not have an item or cannot fulfill an order let the person know and give them their money back. Now I have to wait until customer service opens on Monday to try to get a refund. Based on other reviews, I’ll be giving my business to Autozone. This is the first and LAST time I will ever attempt to do business with Napa."
"Don’t buy oil here, they won’t take the old oil back so you have to go to advanced auto or autozone etc which isn’t right. Also bought a battery and they won’t take my old one when I came back with my receipt for the core fee they charged me with the purchase of a new battery. I would add poor customer service, and felt like I was a inconvenience for them. Oreilly, Advanced Auto, or Autozone is where I will shop from now on and you should too."
"Would be nice if you changed your own hours on the website, Google, something so people can plan accordingly. Really sucks to drive 40 minutes out of the way to find out you closed 1.5 hours ago because someone was to lazy to change the hours online. You take online orders, it's just common courtesy."
