"All Starbucks are making drinks for to go orders before the people sitting in the store are waiting behind the people that are even here yet. It just doesn't make sense. We've been sitting in an empty coffee shop for 15 minutes and still don't have our drinks."

"I’m not quite sure how this Starbucks has a 4.3 star review. I asked for a Trenta water and was told that Starbucks would not allow it because there is a shortage in trenta cups. Which I then proceeded to offer to pay for it which I never have to at any of the other locations. And the worker goes “oh she wants to be charged for it”. Cashier was arrogant and sarcastic. She didn’t understand what Matcha was. Workers laughing and on their phones. Pretty disappointed with this location."
