"I used to love this particular starbucks, but lately it's been horrible..from my drink orders being wrong, or just tasting horrible, to the service at drive thru. They are very unfriendly, seem to be annoyed when I press "no tip" when I'm paying by card. Yesterday there was a white curly hair in my drink, I also ALWAYS order oatmilk because I can't drink regular milk, but it was clearly regular milk in my drink..how do I know? I was sick all night with stomach cramps! I probably won't be going back to this location."
"Judy the Master Barista went above & beyond to provide the warmest & nicest service today. She & her team created an amazingly refreshing visit that exemplified what customer service is supposed to be. We walked in and felt like we were regulars at a neighbor family owned coffee shop. Our coffees were AMAZING!!!!"
"I did a last minute mobile order. I arrived well before my order should have been ready. The baristas checked in while I was standing there to make sure they didn’t miss my order or something. It was very nice. The flat white I ordered was exactly what I was expecting."
"One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to! Such a sweet vibe. All the familiarity of any other Starbucks with the charm of your local coffee joint. 3 of their employees were selected for the Starbucks “origin” trip where they get to visit the farms where the coffee is grown. And they have local photography all over!"
"We've ordered here many times. Every time we order whipped cream will look terrible. We try to provide opportunities. To squeeze whipped cream to make it look delicious but there were no improvements at all. And this is the last time and I won't order here again!"
