Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Service is not always aware of what customer ordered, I have been to this particular one on South Blvd at least 3 times and every time they seem to keep getting my order wrong and once again I have to get them to make it right. I do understand that Restaurant work is hard and sometimes fast pace, but you still have to pay attention to the customers.... Good food, but so so Service..."

"At least the food is still good. Went to Popeyes on 01/28/24 @ 3:30pm. It was a short girl with dreads like hairstyle and a NASTY attitude! I guess she was already mad. Just her smart, sarcastic mouth and her I dont care attitude was just bad. I'll come back because this is one of the better Popeyes in Charlotte. However if she's there I'll go somewhere else. Why are people in customer service if they don't like customer service?? My advice: Go work in a warehouse or something."

"Horrible restaurant!!! Ordered food from the app 15 minutes prior to arrival, then sat in line at the speaker. It took over 35 minutes of sitting at the intercom just for someone to speak through it. When you add in an additional 15 minutes waiting to pick up the food and you get over an hour of lost time from start to finish of process. The coup de gras was the service person only asked if the name was mine. Then they practically tossed the bag at me and their attention was in the restaurant the entire time. Now, either they need some additional employees to assist there, or they need corporate to go out and re-train this location to do better. I will not be eating here again ever! I'll drive to Indian Land if I want Popeyes, and after this experience, I'm not sure the food is worth it. The customer service was excellent there, though. The employees don't even have to be Chick-Fil-A super smilers or attentive. They just have to smile a fake smile and be courteous. The sadness is that it's not just Popeyes here in CLT, it's all the FF restaurants outside of Chick-Fil-A. Any other city I go to, people at least have a smile and are courteous...even if it's fake."

"The guy at the counter seemed NEW. But, he communicated well and kept us informed. They were short staffed... no fault of his! We waited an unusually long time, but the fresh food made up for it all!"

"Popeyes on South Blvd in Pineville the worst customer service experience ever. They literally said we don’t have wings you need to order from the menu, back your car up to the first window to reorder… backup or drive back around… while driving back around all kitchen staff out taking smoking break and still being making customer wait while they’re smoking. Food smelled horrible and I got sick later that evening! If you’re hungry while shopping bypass this store!!!"
