Waffle House 1014 Regent Parkway, Fort Mill, SC 29715

"The worst experience I have had here was today on Dec. 29, 2023. My family and I ate here and had a very obnoxious and very rude waitress. She greeted us with an bad attitude. When she asked what we wanted she didn't ask how we wanted our eggs or anything. When she brought our food all she said was take this take this in a very angry manner. She never came to ask if everything was ok nor ask if we needed anything else. I work in a restaurant and you just don't do customers like that. I will never eat there again. Where I work we have a better rating and some amazing food awesome service."

"The male server or kitchen team needs to be retrained on the waffle machine and the correct color of a waffle. It took over 20 mins to get my 2 kids waffles and 24 mins to get 1 waffle at the table beside me. My food arrived fine in a quick manner but after that, everything went sideways. The server took my tea to be refilled without asking which was great but never brought it back to the table."

"I watched this server NOT COOK but server take my order an cook my food she dropped our 2 chchip waffles an cooked our orders done in 3 mins! Amazing! Cooked to perfection! Everything came out at the same time she didn't forget anything an wrote out ticket after she brought out food! Even more impressive! No idea where the cook was but glad she was the one that took care of us doubt it would of been as good as it was if it was someone else tho I am sorry you had to do both! Thanks a lot miss Avery!! Ask for her for both good no GREAT service an food!!"
