"I made an appointment for 10:30 a week in advance and I was told my car would be taken care of 1:30-2 hours later once I arrived. It is currently 12:24 and my car hasn’t even been brought into the garage. I am sure they are working as hard as they can, but when you make an appointment for 10:30 you expect your vehicle to be serviced at 10:30."

"I have an appointment, but the receptionist was very rude. She said that even if you have an appointment, you must wait until I finish with 5 people in front of you. When I asked her how long it would take, she ignored me and left with all rudeness. She treats anyone with condescension and impoliteness. I have a guarantee to do alignment for tires for one year, but she say that I am taking advantage benefits from the business and must pay. this is against the policy and the contract between me and them, I paid for one year guarantee for there work will be perfect and I don’t have to worry about it, why I have to pay again!!?, even though the car tires were damaged after I did the alignment in this shop and I had to replace them completely. I do not recommend this place at all and the employer must choose a polite receptionists who can respect their costumers."

"I made an appointment for 11 a.m and was told it would be a couple of hours for a tire rotation and alignment. Three and a half hours later I received a call with a laundry list of other things that needed to be fixed. One of which I had had done a few months prior while I watched to verify that it was done. Now 4 hours later my car is still not done. I would be hesitant to trust this shop with my car again and would be wary of being upsold without reason. If you are looking for fast service I would not bring your car here. I was very disappointed in the service that I received and the timeliness. Since there is not an option to respond to a comment I will add it here. I am not sure why I would reach back out when the store has not offered to fix or change anything. I have already wasted hours of my life over having to deal with this issue. Do better. Be better."

"No experienced management! Kept my car for two days. Told me part was ordered, and it would be fixed. Then next day told me not something they could fix. Still charged me. When I picked up my car it was not in a parking space it was in the parking lot in a place it could have been hit."
