"My order was incorrect and I called in and had spoken with a manager, who stated I will be able to get my correct item my next visit. I went this morning to pick up my item and gave my name, because the manager told me it would be in the book. I let the cashier know, she was communicating the information with a manager on shift, the manger said there was nothing she could do if it was over 5 days old. That was so disappointing, and such a big inconvenience!! I don’t live in rock hill, nor did the manager I had spoken to that said she placed my name in a book told me that where was a 5 day time frame!!"

"Food normal. Dinning room so cold it cold have been used for a cooler. Noticed everyone wearing jackets. Was honestly warmer outside, in December."

"I placed an online order for pickup and waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes past the scheduled time, yet no one came out. I eventually went inside to pickup my food. The food was cold by the time I got home. Furthermore, they didn't provide the honey mustard I selected when ordering, and the chicken was overly cooked. This place sux... I do not recommend it."

"Came in this morning, ordered in app to save time still Waited over 30 mins inside to get my food. When I told them I was missing a biscuit I waited 15 more Mins and they never came back to help. 30-45 min wait after you order is ridiculous. Even if it breakfast rush, plan ahead , or hire more people during this time. Then boberries were not made and here it was 8am. No apologies or anything from staff. Needs better management."
