"My husband and I came here as we are sailing south in January. We were very impressed with our bartender George and our food. My husband and I started with the Bread plate. Perfect! Then my husband had the Fried platter which is a dish he tries everywhere and this was one of the best...fried catfish in NC, who knew? I had the crab cakes of which I am a snob and these were fabulous. No breading. Two large cakes and some of the best Brussel sprouts I have had in a while. We have been to Southport four times in our travels and this was the best meal we have had. Thank you all so much for making our evening."

"Dining on the water was really cool of course great scenery and nice breeze, the food was just wonderful top-notch every aspect of it from the seaside Cobb salad to the blackened salmon. My wife enjoyed the flourless tort for dessert, very delicious."

"Great local spot for dinner or date night out. We went for lunch and service was slower than normal but the food was great and so were the drinks. I did ask for the steak medium rare but came out medium well. Still tasty but for the price it should of been cooked to order. Other than that, not much complaints. Would definitely go back for the drinks or apps after visiting the other local restaurants/bars nearby"

"Everything was excellent, as always. For starters, the food was more delicious than ever. The crab stuffed shrimp scampi was perfection - highly recommend. My other go-to apps are the open sesame tuna and fried green tomatoes. And you can’t go wrong with the sea scallops entree. The specials are always amazing too. Their cocktails and wine selection cover all the bases as well. The atmosphere is everything you want in a small beach town - water front with amazing views, especially the sunset if you go for dinner. Finally, the staff is committed to great service and are always friendly. I highly recommend for a high-quality dining experience. We will be back!!"
