"This used to be a great spot with delicious coffee and hot food that I frequented daily. The staff changed and it has not been great or even good for a while. I’ve tried to get the savory croissant a few times and each time I’m told that it will take 5 minutes to heat up. That’s fine BUT it’s never even a little warm. Cannot figure out what they are using to heat it when it’s still cold. I tried a peppermint mocha the other day and there was zero hint of peppermint with the over all flavor just ok. I really miss the old crew."
