"I've been here 3 times in the morning and they can never seem to open on time. The store opens at 7:30 am, but it's been 7:50, 7:55, and 7:57 every morning I've needed to go. Beyond that, I've also shown people here parts that are in stock at that store with the part number, they check the shelf where online orders go, and tell me they don't have it and it will, "be on the truck that is coming sometime that day". I feel bad for the one person they assign to open the store in the morning. Spend the extra $20 to have 2 people open the store in the morning"

He’s quiet and looks a little nonchalant, and that’s why I was surprised whenever he offered to help me out. If Elijah is working he will most definitely be helpful and I will be coming here for all my parts and further questions."
"Came here with a friend to get his check engine light code scanned, waited in line for 15 minutes then the guy behind the counter mumbled something and said let me see if we can. Waited another 20 minutes and we ended up leaving and going somewhere that was able to scan the code for us very quick and easy. Stay away from AutoZone."

He managed my situation and was humble about his expertise. Seriously, by far the best example of customer service I have seen in a long time.
