"I've been doing my clothes by mail order for a long time now and decided to duck in and take a look at Kohl's. What a fantastic big and tall department! Not like the ones of years past in other stores. The clothing was fashionable, of a decent quality, and true to size. I think I'm going to be doing a lot more shopping here."
"It is a very clean store with a lot of various items. Decent prices. There was a young man organizing the shoe department who was polite. The checkout experience sucked. A family ahead of me had a large purchase, $500+, and there was only one register. The cashier wasn't calling for help as I stood patiently and then the line grew. The cashier didn't acknowledge me when it was my turn nor did he acknowledge me when I paid. Not sure of his name but he should either find another job or practice common courtesy. They are short staffed but are hiring."
