KFC

"My roommate and myself went to KFC/Taco Bell after work cuz we were both tired & didn't feel up to cooking. We both got a chicken pot pie from KFC and I also got a beef chalupa & some strawberry twists from Taco Bell. And like always the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, that's not even counting how good the food was & how clean the restaurant was. My food is always fresh, hot and it tastes so good!!"

"I'm from Bristol TN on vacation and was really hungry wanting some KFC. Came in and probably about 6 people working nobody came to take my order for almost 10 minutes. After finally ordering was told it would be about 10 minutes for food to be ready waited for almost 20 minutes for food. Food was hot though and did taste good."

"This place is horrible. Always an issue.most recent time I had water leaking on me from the ceiling as I waited 20 minutes after my pickup was supposed to be ready. I asked for a small thing of gravy to dip my fries in, I was told there would be a 3 dollar charge. I said you think you would throw it in as an apology for the long wait…. Nope, I was not told I didn’t wait as long as I did. I paid. Got back to find the food was old and barely warm. The chicken was so dry I threw it out. I’m glad I got the gravy as it softened the hard fry’s enough to eat some. This place needs new management and it needs it fast."

"We have had some difficulties with this location in the past when it comes to the time it make for the food to be made. it is also been the overall experience and how downhill the restaurant has went. The last time we had visited this location the drink machine was overflowing and dripping onto the ground and left a puddle near the ground. We had also saw a confrontation in the rear of the restaurant, where it looks like two employees were beefing with each other. I have also noticed many issues when it comes to following health code. employees who were handling food we’re not wearing gloves, then touching parts of their bodies as well as handling money, and then directly touching food, which, in any food industry is a big no-no. After going today, and seeing many of the workers who just don’t care about their job. This time we had ordered our food and we were told that it would be out soon. Little did we know soon meant 40 minutes. They had made the first half of our food and had it out in 15 minutes. but it took them an extra 25 minutes to make three cheese roll ups. we were not alone in the restaurant. The entire lobby was full of people who had paid, but not yet received their food. We were talking to one family that had been there about the same time and we’re still waiting on the food. I hate to say it, but this service is on par with Spirit Airlines because of the quality of service. Unfortunately, I do not think we will be returning to this restaurant because of the poor service that we have experienced over the past couple of visits."
