"Got new tires and an inspection this morning at Black's Tire and Auto Service. These people are the absolute best! Debbie was most helpful in assisting me in picking the proper tires for my car and they got the job done very quickly. I have been going there for years....always the same friendly, smiling people working the service desk and your car comes out repaired and you leave happy! I won't go anywhere else."

"Needed a patch on my tire. They were very busy but worked me in. Patch seems to be holding well. The only issue I had was the front desk receptionist, Debra, did not let me point out where to hole was in my tire. The hole was very small and not pushing out a lot of air, almost none unless pressed. I had a picture and reference to the exact spot it was at. Had she let me point this out it would have saved the mechanics, myself, and future clients walking in more time. Why have your mechanic spend any extra time looking for the leak when I could’ve have just showed them right away? I know they are well qualified to find it themselves but why waste the time. I could see them from the lobby spend a good bit of time looking for it. It would have been no inconvenience for me to show Debra but she just told me to have a seat and that they would find it. All in all, I would go back if needed.One of the employees, I think Jace, was very nice and professional with a good attitude."

"Everyone was very friendly, Jason the manager, was very kind and immediately helped me and was able to get the tires I needed on Monday after I called on Saturday. I was very thankful for his prompt assistance. Once I got to my appointment on Monday morning they took my car right away and installed the tires right away. I had a safe drive back to home in Virginia. Thanks to Black's Tire!"
