"I want to express my disappointment with this business. I picked up a couple of items yesterday. I went to return the product for a refund. I was told that there are no refunds and this is their policy since 1989. Well, I will not shop in this store again due to this policy. I find it difficult to believe that exceptions cannot be made. I bought the product on Monday and returned Tuesday. Yes I understand there was a sign stating their policy which I didn’t notice until the day of my return. Exchanging the product was not going to rectify my specific situation. The amount of the spend isn’t the issue. My issue is the business not being flexible on their policy."
"Top Toad has the best selection of shirts and gifts in town. I went in today and they had a great sale going on, racked up on some unique finds! I recommend that you check them out next time you’re in the mall."
"Best store in the independence mall. They also have a store downtown. But since i was at the mall I'll base this review on that. Great local brands and shirts. Also good selection of Guy Harvey, costa and salt life. A nice break from the typical mall main brands. Also have the local shirts with the state outline. Ok sale prices but you have to get there when they're first on sale, otherwise it's slim picking."
