"This is the second worst McDonald's in Charlotte. 36 minutes in line to get pulled up and sit for another 18 minutes just to get the wrong food. Will never come back to this McDonald’s again."
"So I ordered pancakes with sausage and McMuffin with sausage.....they took my order and I waited on line at the drive through for 10 minutes. She read back the order to me at the window and told me they couldn't make anything for me because they have no sausage. She asked me if I wanted something else. I looked at her and said no thank you. How do you take an order for something you don't have then ask me to order something different after taking the order I wanted. I would say this place needs a cool down period where they could get their business in order and figure out Sunday morning isn't the day to be out of breakfast items. I would not recommend going to this location."
"Every time I come to this McDonald it’s always very disappointing. They are very unfriendly and unprofessional. I was just here going through drive through and my mom wanted to order(#1367). She was trying to tell them she had a code but they couldn’t understand her. Instead of nicely asking her to repeat herself the MANAGER Maddie came on the headset and yelled at her to hold on. Mind you my mom had already give her order to the other lady on the headset (which she was nice). It really kill’s people to be nice now a days."
"The person on the drive through speaker was in need of an attitude adjustment. I ordered a " McRib" that was on the menu board, and was told " WE DON'T HAVE THOSE" with an extra dose of attitude. She could have said,... I'm sorry but we are out of those at the moment."
"Slow every single time. How does it take 30 minutes for a mobile order when there’s only one other car in line? You have a full staff of people working yet it’s impossible to make a simple order. This is the slowest location I've ever been to. I’ve worked in fast food alone making food, and taking orders, it still never took me that long. With the amount of money you’re making off of people in the area you can definitely afford to give people a raise so that they’ll do their jobs or hire more people so that it’s “fast food”, I can go to a restaurant and get food faster. We order for convenience as well as speed…."
