"Went to IHOP with my daughter and grandchildren today, we have been to this location before and had good service but not today. The store was dirty. The waitress we had we only saw her twice. She didn’t refill drinks or anything. I had to ask for simple things like silverware so we could eat after waiting 30 minutes for our food to come out and another kicker my grandson’s order didn’t even come out. The waiting staff were barely seen even in other sections. At one point my family was blocked into our section because they kept adding tables and I had to push one out of the way just so we could exit. Thank god there wasn’t an emergency because we never would have got out unless I went through the plate glass. This place has become horrible and would recommend you go anywhere else. I should’ve talked to the manager but like the rest of the staff she was no where to be found. Horrible place and even worse customer service."

"Since its conception in 1958, International House of Pancakes, or better known as IHOP, has been serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. This commercial pancake house chain is best known for its complete breakfast menu of World-Famous buttermilk pancakes, House-Made Belgian waffles, French toast, omelettes, sweet and savory crepes, biscuits, breakfast combos, Eggs Benedict, burritos and bowls and so much more. Our stop this morning was for the breakfast and we settled for the Fresh Berry Crepe Combo. Two thin, soft French pancakes folded and topped with a few strawberries, blueberries and sprinkled powdered sugar. A side of scrambled eggs, done our way, two strips of crisp, hickory-smoked bacon and hash browns. Basic breakfast fare readily served at a reasonable price. Standard interior simply decorated with padded booths and tables with padded chairs."

"It was pretty quiet, which is probably to be expected on a Sunday evening. They had some pretty decorations for Halloween as well. I had a bit of trouble deciding on what to get. I was stuck between their Cinn-A-Stack pancakes and the chicken and pancakes. The manager brought up the idea of having the pancakes of the chicken and pancakes be the Cinn-A-Stack, which worked out great. I kinda wish I had thought of that, honestly!"

"Quite possibly the worst breakfast food ever. This was a crêpe, stuffed with scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. All I could taste was the oil from the grill. It came out cold, so who knows how long it was sitting back there. I picked out the scrambled eggs and discarded the rest. It also took forever (20 minutes) to be waited on and there were only two other tables occupied at that time. The staff was just standing around talking. When the waitress did come, she was fantastic."

"Our waitress seemed aloof and we asked her more than once for condiments, syrup, to go plates and drinks, etc. She seemed more concerned with watching a male coworker. When she told me what came with my combo she didn't mention Hash Browns so it wasn't until l got my order that l realized it did. I am not a fan of Hash Browns and was displeased to see it. When l told her l didn't know Hash Browns came with the order her response was " Oh, it's ok". I was also disappointed to only see 1 French Toast to come with my order as the menu showed 2. Our daughters crepes were delicious, a bit too sweet but delicious. My Husband's Philly Cheesecake and Onion rings were good too. Our son really enjoyed his Belgian Waffle Food overall was fine but be advised if you order milk for your children be sure to ask for a kids size milk or you'll get a large glass of milk that costs more than a Gallon of milk. The waitress handling the orders in the next booth seemed more personable, aware and engaging. It's the little things that make a great visit and although the food was fine the waitress experience took away from it being 5 stars."
