"Food is decent once we got it. The bacon cubano has 4 crumbles of bacon on it. Not worth the money. The person taking an order looked at us and walked away not even a word of oh someone will be right with you or give me a second. Just completely walked away. Stood there for an additional 7 minutes unacknowledged. I overheard some of the cookers telling what I can think was the manager since they were not in a jason delis shirt and completely turned around and continued ignore. Then finally the person from the take out side and took our order."

"Their Plain Jane potato is amazing! The other day, I ordered it for pick up for the first time and brought it back with me to work. It was still hot when I got to eat it! We go to Jason's Deli once a week for the potato"

"The menu is a bit confusing but the food was pretty good. I’d put it at the same level as McAllister deli and Panera bread. The bathroom had no soap in it. The kids food didn’t really offer any nutritional value. Overall, I’m glad I tried it but I have a strong feeling this place is a one and done for me."

"Wow, I just wasn’t impressed. Stopped by around 7 and less then a dozen customers dining in. Four staff were visible, most were cleaning. After I placed my order for the sandwich that comes with corn beef and pastrami and potato soup, I had to wait another 20 minutes for the cashier to prepare my food. The sandwich I tossed as soon as I took a bite. Boring lean cut with no juiciness or fat and piled 6” inches. It doesn’t come close to comparing to the corn beef sandwiches Cleveland, Ohio are known for. The soup was disgusting!!! Saw them take potato pieces, microwave them and added bacon and green onions. They were trying to make it from scratch without cooking, but in a microwave. The ingredients were blending together and the chunks of potato were firm and huge. It was like a really bad can of potato soup. Tossed it out too."

"Jason’s deli was a favorite spot for us prior to Covid-19. This location is the only offering near us. We recently visited the restaurant and were shocked. I understand the lack of help these days but service was lacking (it took 25 mins to receive our food with no one in front of our party.) Both restrooms were in disarray, tables were dirty, food on the floor and the salad bar was missing items. The drink station was a mess with liquids all the way down the bar leading to the ice cream station. The time of day for our visit was 1900. I’m not sure if we’ll visit again, it was not a great experience."
