"I was in Wilmington for the night and a female bartender at Rebellion NC recommend I come here and grab a burger. Fox’s didn’t miss. I got the Ghostface Fillah - it’s shaved ribeye with arugula and some kind of sauce (I forgot what kind of sauce it was). I wish I would’ve ordered 2 of these sandwiches because they were perfect and somehow still so juicy even though they were shaved cuts of meat - the bread wasn’t soggy and perfectly crispy. The fries were also seasoned well and nice and crispy. The service was also amazing . I’m having trouble understanding how this place was as empty as it was. It’s def a little gem and I’ll be stopping in anytime I’m in the area. I added some photos of what I ordered and what was left when I was done. I think it speaks for its self. "Best fried cheese appetizer in town! Not cheese sticks, instead you get fried cheese wedges or more precisely golden half moons. Beautiful cheese pull on each bite, great consistency. Served with a good marinara sauce. Sandwiches are also supposed to be superb and good specials during the week. Intimate interior and well stocked bar. Attentive staff."

"This was a surprising hidden gem in Downtown Wilmington. The ambiance is welcoming as is the staff. We were greeted by our server Christian and the bartender upon entering. The restaurant has a casual feel and is a relaxing environment with a sense of humor as there is a large portrait of the Dos Equis "The most interesting man in the world" behind the bar. The tables, floor, and restroom were all cleaned very well with no visible trash, crumbs, or other debris noted. We ordered the Garlic Parmagan fries and two Smash burgers. The fries were perfectly cooked with no excess oil and were seasoned well. The burgers were amazing! First, the burgers are at a price point lower than other restaurants in the area, only $10. Second, they are the BEST burgers I have gotten in Wilmington flavor-wise. I highly recommend this business. I will most definitely return."

"Stopped by to try something new downtown, and Fox's Hole in the Wall didn't disappoint! The atmosphere was awesome, service and food were great! Pretty good selection of draft/bottle/canned beers/ciders! My fiance got Hoosier Daddy (not pictured because he devoured it) and it was one of the best sandwiches either of us had ever had lol!! We'll definitely be back!!"
