"Food is always good if they get it right. But the service is always awful. If you don’t seem to care about your job why work there. After we ordered our food one of the burgers was made wrong so we tried to get their attention. Honking the horn, knocking on the drive through window after about 10 min someone finally addressed the issue."

"By far the worst customer service from any of their locations but pretty par for the course in terms of steak n shake. pulled up to an empty drive through and told "wait a second" no problem i get it ive worked a drive through. 5 minutes pass and nothing. so i pulled around the building saw the drive through and most of the inside was empty pulled back to the drive through and again was told but this time yelled "WAIT A SECOND!!" kindly waited ANOTHER 5 minutes and nothing... so i just left, i can happily spend my money elsewhere"

"Very good. The burger looked really greasy, but it was fantastic, and the 4 for 4 is a great deal. I went during the lunch rush and it did take a while for my server to bring me my receipt and a to go drink, but still it was a very nice experience. They have great shakes too! Try to go during happy hour (from life 2 to 4?) to get them cheap."
