"This is like one of my favorite stores in Shallotte and usually one of the only stops I make here. I like the employees, semi annual sales, and how easy it is to shop here. It's part of L brands which also runs Victoria's Secret, so the return policies and promotions are very similar. Even the packaging is the same bottles. Most of the products aren't sealed so if you don't see a tester you can still try it out. It is managed better than other locations and there is more to choose from. The return policy is very helpful and the employees are always trying to be of as much assistance as they can. They also have an adequate number of staff, including floor and cashiers. I once purchased a limoncello wallflower whose candle display smelled like lemon candy, but the wallflower smelled like cleaning product. They allowed me to exchange it despite it being opened/tested. The semi annual sale in the winter is my favorite time to shop, but you need to come the day after Christmas! On the morning of the 26 I made an online order of everything I wanted, and before I was about to check out one of the items had already sold. But I was able to find it when I got to the store. A lot of their home decor is nicer than target and Nordstrom rack, not available online though. In my experience waiting to go to the sale means the most popular scents will be gone, or you won't be able to choose between different types of lotion/body wash. I deducted one star because sometimes it's hard to tell what is and what is not part of a sale. I am referring to the year round offers and the semi annual sale. A lot of times you can't tell unless you ask the cashier to scan it. During the after Christmas sale all of the holiday items were on clearance, but the twisted peppermint hand cream was still at full price for $5. I purchased three winter candy apple hand creams on clearance price and they were in the same bin. All of the other products in this scent. There were also some store display fixtures and home decor on sale, but I brought two wood bins to the cashier and they rang up at full price despite being stacked with the candles clearance. Advice for shoppers: Many people go to the semi annual sale and purchase bulk amounts of popular scents, so they can resell them on eBay. This is why you need to go early. You can purchase a lotion for $3 but if it sells out, someone will have it listed on eBay for at least $5 plus shipping. Also, any sugar scrub will clog your drain, I had to stop using the winter candy apple funfetti body scrub. If ever shopping during a sale please check your receipt to make sure everything is the price you wanted, because the employees have to ring up so many people that they won't let you know what is still full price."
